VW Transporter T5.1 EGR Blanking Kit for 2.0 TDI (Excluding CFCA)

This Kit Blanks off the EGR Valve.

ONCE YOU HAVE BLANKED OFF THE EGR AT THE INLET MANIFOLD YOU CAN CHOOSE TO BLANK OFF THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD!  THIS ALLOWS YOU TO REMOVE THE EGR COOLER. TO DO THIS YOU CAN REROUTE AND JOIN THE STOCK COOLANT HOSES TOGETHER. 2 BLANKS ARE REQUIRED TO DO THIS!

PLEASE NOTE:

Once blanked off the vehicle's ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dashboard. To remove this you can reprogram the EGR software on the ECU.
The blanking plate/s should be installed on the turbo and inlet manifold.

THIS KIT CONSISTS OF:

1x Large Blanking Plate

EGR blanking plates made from the highest quality stainless steel. As it is stainless steel it will never corrode or blow through like thinner aluminium versions.

Installation is simple and easy to fit, Semi slotted holes make it easier to align. Simply undo the EGR bolts and slip in the blanking plate. Then re-tighten the bolts.
