Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with T4mation LTD. We appreciate your trust in our products. Please read the following refund policy carefully.

  1. 14-Day Returns: We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate the return process. Please contact our customer service team at Stephen@t4mation.me.uk to request a return authorization. This is only applicable to mass produced products that are non T4mation brand.

  2. Eligibility for Returns:

    • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • Damaged or faulty items are eligible for return without any restocking fee.
  3. Restocking Fee:

    • A 12.5% restocking fee will be applied to returns of non-damaged or non-faulty items.
    • The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
    • If goods claimed to be faulty are returned and found to be in working order, the 10% restocking fee will still apply.
  4. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team at Stephen@t4mation.me.uk to request a return authorization.
    • Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.
    • Once the return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  5. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
    • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
    • If you decide to request a refund after the parcel has already been dispatched, we can only process the refund once the product has been returned to us.
    • Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  6. Exclusions:

    • Certain products may not be eligible for returns or may be subject to different return conditions. Please check the product description or contact customer service for details.
  7. Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.
  8. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to a 12.5% cancellation fee if the order has already been processed.
    • Please note: All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure your place in our schedule and to begin the process of ordering and producing your bespoke items. However, we understand plans can change — so deposits can be transferred to an alternative date if needed.

In addition to our Refunds Policy, we also offer an Exchange Policy for customers who wish to exchange their purchase for a like-for-like item. Please review the following exchange guidelines:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.

    • Proof of purchase is required.
  2. Like-for-Like Exchange:

    • Customers can exchange the purchased item for a similar product of equal value.
    • If the requested exchange item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
    • If the requested exchange item is of lower value, T4mation will refund the price difference according to the original payment method.
  3. Exchange Process:

    • Clearly state the reason for the exchange, provide your order number, and specify the replacement item you wish to receive.
    • Once the exchange is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the original item and receive the replacement.

    • The returned item must be in its original condition for the exchange to be processed.
    • Damaged or faulty items are eligible for exchange without any additional charges.
  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of the original item unless it is damaged or faulty.
    • T4mation will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.
